Instant
In the Ballywho! preferences, turn on tooltips. Now, whenever you put your mouse over an item such as a text field or button, Ballywho! will instantly give you an explanation.

Almost instant
Hold your mouse over an item. Chances are good that within a second you will see a tooltip explaining that item.

Read the manual
For more detailed explanations, just click on the "I" icon on each administration page. Ballywho! will pop open a new window and take you to the knowledge base article relating to that topic.
